iSinghG is a creative design studio based in United Kingdom, offering services including branding, graphic design, website design, and print solutions.

2. Services Offered

We provide bespoke services in the following areas:

• Branding & Graphic Design

• Website Design & Development

• Print Design & Production

All work is carried out based on individual quotations or project agreements.

3. Quotations & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit (25–50%) may be required to begin work.

• Final payment is due upon completion of the project, prior to release of files or launch.

• Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

 

4. Project Process

• Project timelines will be estimated but may vary depending on client responsiveness and revisions.

• You are responsible for providing content, approvals, and any materials needed for the project.

• We allow a reasonable number of revisions; additional changes may be billed separately.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• Final, approved work becomes your property upon full payment.

• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials.

• All working files, drafts, or unused concepts remain the intellectual property of iSinghG unless otherwise agreed.

6. Website Services

• All websites are built to modern responsive standards unless otherwise specified.

• We are not liable for third-party platform changes, plugin issues, or hosting disruptions after handover.

• CMS training or documentation may be provided upon request.

• Ongoing support and maintenance are available by separate agreement.

7. Print Services

• Print colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on materials and manufacturing processes.

• We are not responsible for print errors if final artwork was approved by the client.

• Turnaround times and delivery estimates are subject to supplier capacity and logistics.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a project is cancelled mid-way, you will be invoiced for the work completed to date.

• We reserve the right to cancel a project due to breach of terms or failure to communicate.

9. Liability

• While we take every care to deliver high-quality work, we do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of our services.

• Clients are responsible for checking all final work before use, print, or publication.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Any personal data collected will be handled securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
